Where do most of us learn best practices?
What would happen if like-minded, Executive Directors were to meet once a month in a confidential environment to share great ideas, ponder better methods of leading and help others raise the bar on performance?
What if this was a membership driven group-an inner circle kept intentionally small for trust purposes.
After much thought and research the decision was made to form the Inner Circle Summit Leadership. These peer groups do exist for the “for profit” sector but to our knowledge there is no group for Executive Directors of “Not for Profits”.
Our monthly meeting will be a peer guided, yet facilitated meeting to provide just what leaders in your industry need-a brain trust to come to when you have a question and you can’t ask your board, a group that supports you and gives you feedback on your direction, your style, your performance. A trusted group to come to for networking, collaboration, creative ideas, suggestions on best practices, and resources to help you be the best.
Let’s face it, times are tough and it’s lonely at the top. You have numerous bosses (the board), yet have no equal within the same organization. Within this forum a synergy would exist…an opportunity to share ideas, challenge others and create new visions.
